By accessing or using the Corebizy website at corebizy.ai or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LaFollett Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Florida limited liability company and operator of Corebizy.

Corebizy provides back-office support services for small service businesses. The specific features and scope of the Service are subject to change as we continue development, particularly during the early access period. We will communicate material changes to active customers.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Send unsolicited communications (spam) through or on behalf of the Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
4. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS communications from Corebizy, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive SMS messages from Corebizy regarding your inquiry, account, or service updates.
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity and inquiries.
- Msg & data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. We will process your opt-out within a commercially reasonable time. After opt-out, you may receive a single confirmation message.
- For help: Reply HELP to any SMS message, or contact us at hello@corebizy.ai.
- We will not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DURING THE EARLY ACCESS PERIOD, THE SERVICE MAY BE MODIFIED, INTERRUPTED, OR DISCONTINUED WITHOUT NOTICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LAFOLLETT LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 if no amounts have been paid.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.
